Who is it designed for
For agencies, selling airline tickets of different airline companies for passengers and loads.
Insurance cover
Subject of this insurance is the agreed liability of the agencies, selling airline tickets, towards the airline companies for not refunded due sums from the ticket sale within the insurance term.
Territorial scope
The territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Sum insured
The sum insured shall be agreed on basis of the turnover, realized within a previous period.
Insurance premium
The insurance premium shall be calculated on the basis of the realized turnover from the ticket sale within the respective period.
Conclusion and term of the insurance
The insurance shall be concluded on the grounds of a detailed proposal, filled in by the Insurant, and against payment of the insurance premium or the first installment of it (in case installment payment has been agreed). The insurance policy shall be issued on the grounds of the proposal for the period agreed.
When is the insurance indemnity paid
The insurance indemnity shall be paid, when after receiving a claim in writing, the grounds and the size of the damage caused by the Insurant are proven.
