PA Insurance for Sportsmen - individual and group
Insurance subject
Insured are persons, actively practicing sport activity as amateurs or professionals and organized in sport clubs, teams, fellowships, federations, etc., as well as officials related to the organization, preparation and participation of the sportsmen in the training and competitive process within the team, the club, the union or the federation.
Insurance cover
The full insurance cover shall include the following risks:
Clause "А" - Basic cover
- Temporary disability, resulting from an accident - the agreed indemnity shall be paid off, depending on the duration of the disability of the insured person;
- Permanent disability, resulting from an accident, as well as accident occurred during a competition - indemnity in double the amount shall be paid off;
- Death, resulting from an accident, as well as accident during a competition - double the amount of the sum insured shall be paid off to the heirs.
Clause "B" - Additional cover
- Medical expenses - the expenses shall be indemnified up to the agreed limit;
- Rescue expenses - the expenses shall be indemnified up to the agreed limit;
- Expenses for hospital stay - the insured person shall receive the sum agreed in the insurance policy for every day of the hospitalization;
- End of the sport career (for professional sportsmen only) due to bodily injury, resulting from an accident occurred during a competition - the Insurer shall indemnify the insured person by paying the agreed sum insured in a lump sum.
Territorial scope
The insurance is valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and/or the whole world.
Sum insured
The minimum sum insured is 500 currency units.
Insurance term
The insurance may be concluded for the time of the competition or for a term chosen by the client up to one year.
