PA Insurance for Hotel Guests

Insurance subject

Persons, residing at tourist accommodations on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The insurance contract shall be concluded for the period of stay of the insured persons at the tourist accommodations on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in their capacity as guests.

Insurance cover

The full insurance cover shall include the following risks:

BASIC COVER

CLAUSE A

Medical expenses, resulting from an accident and/or acute illness: the expenses made by the insured person in relation to an accident and/or acute illness for medical, pharmaceutical, surgery and hospital care shall be refunded up to the agreed limit.

CLAUSE B

Expenses for repatriation and rescue operations, resulting from an accident: the expenses shall be refunded up to the liability limit agreed in the insurance contract.

ADDITIONAL COVER

CLAUSE C

Death and permanent disability, resulting from an accident: the indemnity shall be paid off up to the amount of the sum insured.

CLAUSE D

General third party liability: the Insurer shall cover the liability of the insured person for culpably caused property and non-property damages to third persons (private individuals or legal entities) within the agreed liability limits.

CLAUSE E

Destruction or burglary of luggage: the Insurer shall indemnify the insured person for destruction and damaging and/or burglary of the personal luggage from the tourist accommodation during the stay of the insured person there.

Currency of the contract

The contract may be concluded in BGN or EUR.

Insurance term

The insurance may be concluded for a period from 1 day up to 12 months

Insurance premium

The insurance premium shall be calculated according to the tariff of the Insurer depending on the agreed liability limits and sums, the covered risks, the insurance term, the number of the guests and the specific risk manifestation.
The insuring person has to pay the premium periodically on the basis of the actual number of the accommodations and agreed premium per accommodation. The premium due could be paid off in a lump sum or in two or more installments.

Options

The insurance can be concluded also for organized events, such as conferences, fairs, seminars, etc., on the basis of special conditions agreed at client's option.
